An Indonesian man who grew up in Singapore and has a diploma in Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. He used to work in a Petrochemical company in Singapore and what he does now, apparently does not have any correlation to his education background. Currently Jamal Faiz Gunawan is the General Manager at Papa’s Limoncello Bali who is responsible in generating revenues and profits by developing marketing, financing and providing appealing restaurant food & beverage services.

I didn’t seem to find any job that was suitable to my education background and one day I had the opportunity to work in a restaurant and worked from the bottom as a waiter. At that time I learned and gained so many valuable things about managing a restaurant. Hard work, determination and discipline are the three key elements that have brought me to where I am now.
